Pregnancy Massage
Our soothing, pregnancy massage focuses on the back, neck and shoulders, helping to improve circulation and relax aching muscles. This calming, half hour session is delivered in a private room in our salon in Truro. You must be in your second trimester or over 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Benefits of pregnancy massage: Pregnancy massage is associated with many benefits, including reduced stress, improved mood, better sleep, and relief from common pregnancy discomforts like back pain and swelling. It can also help regulate hormones and improve blood circulation
Pregnancy & Postnatal Wellbeing
During this time we will check in with your feelings and health. These sessions help new parents to feel supported and heard throughout your pregnancy and parenting journey.
Whether you just need to talk or want help to structure and plan, we can I will be there for you with the tools and practise to nurture you and your family. Things I can help with – sleep hygiene, nutrition and exercise, signposting, understanding baby and toddler behaviour.
Baby Massage
This 5-week course guides new parents through the steps of baby massage, enabling you to massage your own child.
This brings significant benefits to you and your baby, including:
• Reduced stress for mum and baby
• Lower risk of postnatal depression
• Aids growth and development
• Better communication skills
• Relaxation for mum and baby
• Improved sleep for baby – and therefore you!
The course is delivered at Miners and Mechanics at St Agnes on Thursday morning.
